We recover the original design parameters from measured values, correct for wear, and rebuild a manufacturable model and drawing. Suitable for discontinued imported spare parts, localisation projects and repair work. Single parts are accepted.

From measurement to drawing

Six steps, with the reasoning visible.

Sample intake: physical part, mated pair, STL scan data or a CMM report.
Measure: tooth count, tip / root diameters, span measurement, over-pins, face width, keyways and hole patterns.
Solve: module / DP, pressure angle, profile shift, helix angle and hand from several independent readings; residuals are cross-checked.
Correct: worn teeth are restored to the inferred original design values, not copied as-is.
Model & draw: STEP model + DWG / PDF with material, heat treatment and inspection items.
Validate: optional strength check, mating-gear comparison and prototype follow-up.

Shipping is arranged by the customer and paid both ways. If you already have scan data or calibrated measurements, no physical shipping is required.
