What we collect when you visit this English site or send an inquiry, and what you can ask us to do about it.
TIANJAN Design Studio (武汉市江夏区天简设计工作室), an independent design studio based in Wuhan, Hubei, China. For any privacy request, write to tianjan_design@163.com.
The inquiry form collects your name, email address, company, country, the service you are interested in and the description you write. We use it only to assess the project, prepare a quote and reply to you. The record is stored in our secure project database and is visible only to studio staff. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.
With your consent, a lightweight script records your public IP address, the derived country / region / city and network operator, plus the page you visited and the referring site. Its purpose is to understand which countries our documentation reaches. It is not loaded unless you press "Accept" on the notice at the bottom of the page, and you can decline without losing access to any content. Your choice is stored in your browser (localStorage) and can be changed by clearing site data.
We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site trackers or third-party profiling on this site.
For the optional location statistic we rely on your consent; for inquiry replies we rely on our legitimate interest in answering a business request and, where a contract follows, on performance of that contract. You may ask us to access, correct, export or delete your data, or withdraw consent at any time, by emailing the address above. We will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Inquiry records are kept for as long as needed to handle the project and for up to 24 months afterwards. Anonymous visit statistics are kept for up to 12 months. IP values shown in our internal dashboard are masked by default.
Our studio and its database are located in China. If you are in the EEA or the UK, please note that submitting an inquiry transfers the information you provided outside your jurisdiction. We limit access to studio staff and do not share it further.
